Architecture design

  • Design the BlackBerry solution to provide the required MDM functionality, including high availability and disaster recovery, application deployment etc., and to work within the customer’s existing IT infrastructure.

BES Health Checks

  • Check BES installations to ensure they are configured to BlackBerry guidelines and that there are no inherent issues.
  • Verify licence usage including checking for inactive accounts.
  • Report on BES status and offer recommendations, including version upgrades and resolutions to issues identified.

Consultancy

  • Investigate and resolve issues.
  • Assist in planning upgrades or migration to new BES versions.
